It's our monthly sponsorship program. Choose a tier, choose the transition you want to support, and add a personal touch — we'll deliver care kits on your behalf every month.
Can I change my tier or cancel?
Yes. You can manage your sponsorship anytime through the Sponsor Portal, or contact us and we'll help you adjust or cancel your monthly gift.
What is the Wheel of Transitions?
It's a fun way to choose which program your sponsorship supports. Spin the wheel and let it pick a transition for you — a surprise that makes a difference.
What's the personal thank-you item?
Each month, you can choose one free extra item — like a coloring book, handmade art card, or lip balm — to send with your kit as your personal touch.
Is my sponsorship tax-deductible?
Not yet — federal 501(c)(3) recognition is in progress. Until then, every dollar goes straight to building and delivering care kits.
