These terms govern your use of The Care Between website and Care Kit Studio. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
The Care Between provides comfort and support supplies, including care kits for hospital discharge, reentry, homelessness, hospice, sensory regulation, and rides to care. We do not provide medical advice, clinical care, emergency transportation, or crisis services.
Orders and payment
When you place an order through the Care Kit Studio, you agree to pay the total shown. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, or by invoice or purchase order for approved accounts. Customized or sensitive-program kits require review and approval before payment.
Organization accounts
Each organization is responsible for its users and the activity within its account. Users may access only their own organization’s data. The Care Between reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
The Care Between is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our kits or services. Our kits are comfort supplies and are not a substitute for medical or clinical care.
