Thank you for supporting The Care Between. This policy explains how donations and orders are handled, including refunds.
Donations
Donations and sponsorships are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we will work with you to resolve it.
Order refunds
For care kit orders, refunds are available if your order has not yet entered fulfillment. Once kits are in production or shipped, refunds are not available, but we will work with you to address any issues with your order.
How to request a refund
Contact us at hello@thecarebetween.org with your order or donation details, and we’ll respond within five business days.
Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it enters fulfillment at no charge. Customized kits that have already begun production may be subject to a materials fee.
