We collect the contact and organization information you provide when you build a kit, place an order, sponsor a program, or contact us. This includes your name, email, phone, organization details, and billing information necessary to process orders.
Health information we do not collect
We do not collect, store, or display patient diagnoses, appointment details, medical records, or other protected health information (PHI). Our kits are designed to provide comfort and support supplies only.
How we use information
- To process and fulfill your care kit orders and deliveries.
- To communicate with you about your orders, quotes, and impact reports.
- To improve our programs and services.
Data sharing
We share information only with trusted fulfillment partners and payment processors (such as Stripe) as needed to complete your orders. Each partner organization can see only its own data. We never sell your information.
